Mais pour quelqu\u2019un qui a fait beaucoup d\u2019efforts pour se remettre en forme ou perdre du poids, il serait dommage de tout g\u00e2cher, alors je vais vous donner quelques astuces pour profiter de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 sans prendre de poids.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>Connaissez-vous le r\u00e9gime c\u00e9tog\u00e8ne\u00a0? <\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u2019est un protocole qui est souvent utilis\u00e9 pour lutter contre les maladies auto-immunes, les cancers mais aussi d\u2019autres pathologies.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>Le principe\u00a0: <\/u><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce r\u00e9gime pourrait se r\u00e9sumer \u00e0 consommer plus de gras et r\u00e9duire au minimum toutes sources de sucre.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>L\u2019objectif\u00a0:<\/u><\/strong><\/h5>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En utilisant ce protocole o\u00f9 on bannit presque le sucre, on positionne le corps en c\u00e9tose. Au-del\u00e0 de 12 semaines, votre corps risque de ne plus puiser dans ses r\u00e9serves et vous ne ressentirez plus le bien-\u00eatre recherch\u00e9. lamproie, hareng frais, truite saumon\u00e9e, barbue, fl\u00e9tan, lotte ou baudroie, mulet, perche, rouget, sprat, turbot) <\/em>; fruits ol\u00e9agineux (<em>le colza, le tournesol, l\u2019arachide, le soja mais \u00e9galement le s\u00e9same, l\u2019amande, la noix, l\u2019arachide, la pacane (ou noix de p\u00e9can)<\/em><\/li>\n<li>Consommer sans restriction des l\u00e9gumes et fruits rouges (pauvres en sucre)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Voil\u00e0, vous \u00eates pr\u00eats \u00e0 affronter tous les barbecues de l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 tout en perdant du poids.<\/p>\n<p
