C&rsquo;est sur le circuit Paul Ricard du Castellet que les courses se d\u00e9roulent d\u00e9sormais. Une pause a eu lieu de 2009 \u00e0 2017, une p\u00e9riode au cours de laquelle la popularit\u00e9 du sport avait baiss\u00e9. Lorsque que le Grand Prix est revenu, <strong>Lewis Hamilton<\/strong> (Mercedes) a gagn\u00e9 les premi\u00e8res \u00e9ditions de 2018 et 2019. Celui-ci n&rsquo;a pas eu lieu en 2020 en raison de la pand\u00e9mie mondiale.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition en date de 2021 avait \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tonnement mouvement\u00e9e. Apr\u00e8s que le N\u00e9erlandais <strong>Max Verstappen<\/strong> (Red Bull) ait r\u00e9alis\u00e9 la pole position, il avait perdu l&rsquo;avantage au premier virage. Son grand rival <strong>Lewis Hamilton<\/strong> avait pris les commandes de la course avant de les rendre au futur champion du monde dans les derniers tours. Il offre plusieurs zones de d\u00e9gagements mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9es par ces c\u00e9l\u00e8bres lignes rouges et bleues presque hypnotiques. Le trac\u00e9 est long de 5,842 km et comporte 15 virages. La course se d\u00e9roulera sur 53 tours, soit environ 310 km. Le circuit poss\u00e8de deux zones de DRS, dans les lignes droites. Il a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&rsquo;opter pour la gamme de pneus interm\u00e9diaires : C2-C3-C4. En effet, la piste est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e avec une d\u00e9gradation normale. Cela fonctionne bien s\u00fbr dans le cas o\u00f9 la piste est s\u00e8che. En cas d&rsquo;intemp\u00e9ries, tous auront \u00e0 disposition des pneus pluie interm\u00e9diaires (verts) et des pneus super pluie (bleus).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">C\u00f4t\u00e9 m\u00e9t\u00e9o, les pr\u00e9visions s&rsquo;annoncent assez extr\u00eames ce week-end. La chaleur est pr\u00e9sente en France et les temp\u00e9ratures devraient monter. Un temps sec et ensoleill\u00e9 est attendu avec des temp\u00e9ratures comprises entre 32 et 38 degr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Records<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le Britannique <strong>Lewis Hamilton <\/strong>poss\u00e8de le record sur un tour en 1:28.319, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec sa Mercedes lors de sa pole position en 2019. C&rsquo;est par contre l&rsquo;Allemand<strong> Sebastian Vettel<\/strong> qui poss\u00e8de celui du meilleur tour en course avec sa Ferrari de l&rsquo;\u00e9poque en 1:32.740, effectu\u00e9 la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e.
