J\u2019esp\u00e8re que vous avez bien profit\u00e9 :\u00a0Barbecue, ap\u00e9ros, repas gourmands\u2026 En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, la p\u00e9riode estivale laisse place \u00e0 pas mal d\u2019exc\u00e8s, rassurez-vous je ne suis pas l\u00e0 pour vous bl\u00e2mer mais plut\u00f4t pour vous aider \u00e0 remettre un peu d\u2019ordre (pour ceux qui le veulent hein).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Moralement cela fait du bien de l\u00e2cher prise, de ne pas trop faire attention au contenu de l\u2019assiette mais gardez en t\u00eate que votre alimentation est votre premi\u00e8re source d\u2019\u00e9nergie donc plus elle sera de qualit\u00e9 plus votre corps sera en bonne sant\u00e9. Alors que faire apr\u00e8s un \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9 ? Voici mes astuces.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px; color: #000000;\"><strong>L\u2019entra\u00eenement<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">On entend souvent qu\u2019il faut reprendre doucement et progressivement. Ok, ce n\u2019est pas tout \u00e0 fait faux mais je compl\u00e9terais en pr\u00e9cisant qu\u2019il faut revoir les fondations. Comme une maison, de temps en temps il faut v\u00e9rifier les fondations pour pr\u00e9venir les \u00e9ventuels dommages du temps \u2013 le corps c\u2019est pareil et la premi\u00e8re fondation de notre corps est le c\u0153ur !<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"> J\u2019insiste, peu importe votre sport de pr\u00e9dilection, les sports collectifs, les sports individuels, la musculation\u2026 Oui oui la musculation, j\u2019entends d\u00e9j\u00e0 les adeptes me dire que le cardio c\u2019est pour s\u00e9cher !!!
