C\u2019est le m\u00eame total que l\u2019Australien\u00a0<strong>Casey Stoner<\/strong>\u00a0avec sa Ducati et sa Honda (2007, 2008, 2009, 2011). L\u2019Espagnol\u00a0<strong>Jorge Lorenzo<\/strong>\u00a0a remport\u00e9 cette manche trois fois avec sa Yamaha (2012, 2013 et 2016) et l\u2019Italien\u00a0<strong>Andr\u00e9a Dovizioso<\/strong>\u00a0deux fois avec Yamaha \u00e9galement (2018 et 2019). Enfin,\u00a0<strong>Maverick Vi\u00f1ales\u00a0<\/strong>compte aussi deux victoires avec Yamaha en 2016 et 2021. L\u2019\u00e9dition de 2020 a \u00e9t\u00e9 annul\u00e9e en raison de la pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19. En 2021, <strong>Fabio Quartararo<\/strong> et <strong>Johann Zarco<\/strong> avaient offert un doubl\u00e9 \u00e0 la France.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La manche d&rsquo;ouverture du championnat 2022 \u00e9tait la derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition en date. Le circuit International de Lusail comporte 16 virages, 6 \u00e0 gauche et 10 \u00e0 droite. Au milieu du d\u00e9sert, le GP se d\u00e9roule de nuit pour la cat\u00e9gorie MotoGP, sous de nombreux projecteurs. La course se d\u00e9roulera sur 22 tours, soit environ 118 km. Il a d&rsquo;ailleurs gagn\u00e9 plusieurs courses depuis le d\u00e9but de saison et m\u00e8ne le championnat avec 412 points.
