Il y a aussi eu une course en 1987 sur le circuit du Jamara. Entre 2000 et 2012, le Grand Prix s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 sur le circuit d\u2019Estoril. Enfin, depuis son retour en 2020, le MotoGP se rend sur le circuit de Portim\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La premi\u00e8re \u00e9dition du Grand Prix du Portugal \u00e0 Portim\u00e3o \u00e9tait la derni\u00e8re manche de la saison 2020. Le seul local du plateau,\u00a0<strong>Miguel Oliveira<\/strong>, avait d\u00e9croch\u00e9 la pole position avec son \u00e9quipe fran\u00e7aise Tech3 KTM. Il avait aussi brillamment remport\u00e9 la course en la menant de bout en bout. La manche de d\u00e9but 2021 \u00e9tait la troisi\u00e8me au calendrier de la saison. C\u2019est le Fran\u00e7ais\u00a0<strong>Fabio Quartararo<\/strong>\u00a0(Monster Energy Yamaha) qui avait d\u00e9croch\u00e9 la pole position. Il avait aussi magistralement remport\u00e9 la course avec plus de 4 secondes d\u2019avance sur\u00a0<strong>Francesco Bagnaia<\/strong>\u00a0(Ducati Lenovo) et\u00a0<strong>Joan Mir<\/strong>\u00a0(Team Suzuki ECSTAR). L\u2019<strong>Aut\u00f3dromo Internacional do Algarve<\/strong> comporte 15 virages, dont 6 \u00e0 gauche et 9 \u00e0 droite. Il est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un des meilleurs circuits de sports m\u00e9caniques et est aussi compar\u00e9 \u00e0 des montagnes russes en raison de son d\u00e9nivel\u00e9. La course se d\u00e9roulera sur 25 tours, soit environ 115 km.
