Pour la\u00a0troisi\u00e8me chronique, notre coach vous parle des param\u00e8tres qu&rsquo;il est\u00a0possible de contr\u00f4ler lors d&rsquo;une perte de poids.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">J\u2019esp\u00e8re que vous avez \u00e9t\u00e9 nombreux \u00e0 tester <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/dicodusport.fr\/blog\/garde-peche-by-ati-fit-2-detox\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">le plan D\u00e9tox<\/a><\/span> du mois dernier. N\u2019oubliez pas de me faire un retour avec le questionnaire. Ce mois-ci, je vais traiter un sujet qui commence \u00e0 pas mal revenir. L\u2019automne c\u2019est un peu la p\u00e9riode o\u00f9 on se remet en question, on refait notre vie, on se dit que l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine va bient\u00f4t arriver et que finalement rien n\u2019a vraiment avanc\u00e9 depuis l\u2019an dernier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Plusieurs\u00a0clients qui me contactent me disent qu\u2019ils aimeraient perdre du poids, reprendre le sport mais qu\u2019ils <strong>aimeraient surtout que \u00e7a aille vite<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">J\u2019ai une statistique qui est bas\u00e9e sur les 240 clients que j\u2019ai chaque ann\u00e9e, c\u2019est qu\u2019ils perdent en moyenne 1kg par semaine donc 4kg par mois, 8kg en 2 mois, 12kg en 3 mois&#8230; Mais est-ce si important ? Est-ce que le plus important n\u2019est pas la progression ? L\u2019\u00e9volution esth\u00e9tique ? Le bien-\u00eatre ? Ou la forme retrouv\u00e9e ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">On a tendance \u00e0 se focaliser sur des indicateurs, des param\u00e8tres qui ne d\u00e9pendent pas directement de nous &#8211; ce n&rsquo;est pas comme un bouton qui tourne dans un sens ou dans un autre pour faire fluctuer notre poids.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mon conseil : <strong>se concentrer sur ce qu\u2019on peut changer<\/strong> &#8211; l\u2019intensit\u00e9 dans notre s\u00e9ance, le contenu de notre s\u00e9ance, notre alimentation, notre apport calorique journalier et notre sommeil ! Si vous vous concentrez sur ces param\u00e8tres vous verrez du changement.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sport : entrainement de HIIT<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Musculation ? Cardio\u00a0? Et si on parlait du HIIT, ces entra\u00eenements avec des exercices \u00e0 hautes intensit\u00e9s, je vous mettrais un lien vers mes routines. Le HIIT\u00a0est un circuit training qui inclut \u00e0 la fois cardio et exercices de renforcement musculaire au poids du corps g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement. Ces s\u00e9ances sont courtes mais tr\u00e8s intensives : environ 20 \u00e0 35min max.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L\u2019avantage de ce type d\u2019entrainement c\u2019est que pendant la s\u00e9ance vous allez br\u00fbler \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de calories tout en stimulant vos muscles ce qui aura pour effet de prolonger la combustion des calories plusieurs heures apr\u00e8s la s\u00e9ance. L\u2019inconv\u00e9nient de ces s\u00e9ances c\u2019est qu\u2019elles demandent un maximum d\u2019\u00e9nergie et qu\u2019\u00e0 long terme elles peuvent provoquer un effet de surentra\u00eenement qui am\u00e8ne dans les pires cas \u00e0 l\u2019abandon.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mon conseil est d\u2019int\u00e9grer ce type de s\u00e9ance dans votre semaine \u00e0 raison de 1 \u00e0 2 s\u00e9ances maximum. Vous pourrez trouver <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.atifit.fr\/routines-videos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ici<\/a><\/span> des exemples de routines HIIT.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Di\u00e9t\u00e9tique : les f\u00e9culents le soir<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Brisons le mythe ici ! Aucune \u00e9tude n\u2019est en mesure de mettre en avant que la consommation de f\u00e9culents le soir entra\u00eenerait une prise de poids ou emp\u00eacherait la perte de poids. La croyance veut qu\u2019on r\u00e9duise les calories \u00e0 l\u2019approche de la nuit car le corps ralentit lors du sommeil, les calories ingurgit\u00e9es lors du dernier repas ne seraient donc pas br\u00fbl\u00e9es. Or pour une perte de poids, <strong>seul le d\u00e9ficit calorique journalier est important<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Par exemple, pour mes clients les plus gourmands ils ont la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019inverser le menu du repas du soir (sans f\u00e9culents)* avec celui du midi (avec f\u00e9culents).
