Mais cette ann\u00e9e, la pr\u00e9sence sur la liste de d\u00e9part de<strong> Tim Merlier<\/strong> (Soudal Quick-Step) pouvait changer cet \u00e9tat de fait, et rendait de facto la course incertaine. Des passages spectaculaires mais dangereux, qui voyaient notamment <strong>Manuel Pe\u00f1alver<\/strong> (Team Polti VisitMalta) partir \u00e0 la faute. Il pleuvait alors des crevaisons, <strong>Tim Merlier<\/strong> \u00e9tait notamment touch\u00e9, ainsi qu&rsquo;<strong>Alexis Renard<\/strong> de la Cofidis, qui n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas vernie, puisque <strong>Jenthe Biermans<\/strong> puis <strong>Nicolas Debeaumarch\u00e9<\/strong> chutaient tous deux dans le m\u00eame virage !<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Devant, les tentatives de fuite \u00e9taient nombreuses, et c&rsquo;est finalement <strong>Marvin Peters<\/strong> (EEW-VDK Cyclingteam) et <strong>Pau Mart\u00ed<\/strong> (NSN Cycling Team) qui parvenaient \u00e0 se faire la malle. N\u00e9anmoins, ce duo n&rsquo;allait avoir aucune chance, et l&rsquo;avance ne d\u00e9passerait jamais la minute.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Per Strand Hagenes en costaud<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mais globalement, la course \u00e9tait rythm\u00e9e, plaisante, et spectaculaire, et \u00e0 40 km de l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e, un coup possiblement gagnant sortait : <strong>Toon Vandebosch<\/strong> (Alpecin-Premier Tech Development Team), <strong>Pau Miquel<\/strong> (Bahrain &#8211; Victorious),<strong> Victor Van de Putte<\/strong> (Lotto &#8211; Groupe Wanty), <strong>Martin Svr\u010dek<\/strong> (Soudal Quick-Step), <strong>Dries De Bondt<\/strong> (Team Jayco AlUla), <strong>Per Strand Hagenes<\/strong> (Team Visma | Lease a Bike), <strong>Brent Van Moer<\/strong> (Pinarello Q36.5 Pro Cycling Team), <strong>Ward Vanhoof<\/strong> (Team Flanders &#8211; Baloise) et un Fran\u00e7ais, <strong>Sandy Dujardin<\/strong> (TotalEnergies).<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>\u00c0 ce sujet &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/dicodusport.fr\/blog\/resultats-antwerp-port-epic-sels-trophy-2026-classement-de-la-course\/\">R\u00e9sultats Antwerp Port Epic-Sels Trophy 2026 : classement de la course<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mais ce groupe de 8 allait \u00eatre rejoint par un neuvi\u00e8me larron : <strong>Alexis Renard<\/strong>, qui s&rsquo;extirpait comme un grand du peloton et bouchait 45 secondes tout seul ! L&rsquo;affaire semblait bien engag\u00e9e, avant qu&rsquo;on apprenne que le dernier secteur gravel au programme \u00e9tait supprim\u00e9 : les fuyards devaient donc tenir une vingtaine de kilom\u00e8tres face \u00e0 un peloton lanc\u00e9 \u00e0 fond de cale, et bien \u00e9videmment men\u00e9 par les Soudal Quick-Step. Mission impossible ?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Per Strand Hagenes\u00a0<\/strong>tentait de secouer le cocotier pour \u00e9viter cet \u00e9tat de fait, mais <strong>Martin Svr\u010dek<\/strong>, qui avait logiquement fait de la patinette, veillait avant de m\u00eame s&rsquo;autoriser un contre. Les attaques fusaient alors dans le groupe de t\u00eate, et le peloton semblait avoir rendu les armes. Les neuf se jouaient au sprint la victoire, mais <strong>Hagenes<\/strong> lan\u00e7ait de tr\u00e8s loin : la bonne strat\u00e9gie pour le Norv\u00e9gien, qui prenait tout le monde de court et s&rsquo;imposait devant <strong>Pau Miquel<\/strong>.
